Sales Administrator

What you will do

The Sales Administrator is a key role, reporting to the Sales Manager responsible for our Room and Light Commercial air conditioning units and VRF systems across the Gauteng Provinces. You will be based in Isando JHB and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. Under direction of local management, provides day-to-day business support to the sales organization, ensures the correct processing of orders and completion of sales processes and procedures, in line with the official processes, tools and technologies available, does Room and Light Commercial order placing, telephone-sales, order receiving and processing out of the Gauteng office and sales performance processing.

How you will do it

As a Sales Administrator, you will ensure the correct processing of orders and completion of sales processes, assist the sales department to ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs. You will organize and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures, assist with the logistics in ordering stock/orders and deliveries to clients and expedite the orders received.

You will act as a central point of contact for sales staff regarding general product related issues, liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance. You will do order placing, order receiving and processing out of the Gauteng Office and sales performance processing.

You are a driven individual who needs to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated energetic, go-getter. You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

What we look for
Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical front line sales support position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Organized and attentive to detail with good administration skills
  • Fluent language skills in English

Preferred

  • Iscala knowledge
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting
