Seeking energetic, bright, outgoing individuals to assist with clerical support positions.
Typical duties include entering data into a computer, filing records, sending and receiving faxes, answering telephone calls, relaying messages and providing customer service. Individuals with office, admin, data entry and reception experience are encouraged to apply.
• Matric, 2+ years experience working in an office setting. • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in use of email and Internet.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Accurate keyboard skills.
