Job Description

Deliveries and collections of documents and goods timeously at various Departmental offices and Courts in the Gert Sibande Region.

General Administrator Function:

1. Receiving and dispatching of various items / documentation

· Collect and sign out for all documentation received from Authorities, satellite offices

· Sort documentation by document type

– Representation Documents

– Criminal Case Registers

– Court Judgments

– Return of Service to be captured

· Follow up on outstanding representation applications submitted

· Ensuring all documents delivered are signed off by recipient at Departmental Office / Court

– Match up captured documents to relevant reports printed

– Despatch to relevant sections for further processing

2. Perform general administration duties to include but not limited to:

· Photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing

· Perform general filing and administrative task

· Maintain a strict recordkeeping and monitoring system for the movement of documentation

· Validate information captured against reports printed

· Prepare all court documentation

4. Verification of Frames

· Reviews and correcting information on frames returned from eNaTIS where discrepancy has been picked up between what the Image Data Capturers captured and what is stored on the eNaTIS System.

5. Housekeeping

· Ensuring and adhering to Safety and Maintenance standards and workplace legislations


– Grade 12

– valid driver’s licence – code 8


– 1 year working experience – preferably office environment/Delivery and collection
