300 People Consultants are responsible for the implementation and project management of the 300 People Payroll modules and People Web Self Service on-site at clients.
Qualifications & experience required:
• Mathematics in matric (a must)
• B.Com Degree or similar work experience
• Bilingual and/or fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Preferable)
• Possession of a driver’s license and own vehicle
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure in an accurate and professional manner
• Relevant Payroll experience (Preferable)
• Consulting Experience (Preferable)
• People Consultants will consult on the following People modules; however, this could be increased to include additional modules depending on business requirements:
o People Payroll Modules (Salaries, Wages, GL, Leave)
o People Employee Self Service
• People Consultants will be responsible for the following duties during each implementation:
o Project Management of Payroll and ESS project including:
Update of PPO
o Needs Analysis
o System Configuration
o Parallel Run
o Live Run
o On-site User Acceptance Training
o Closure meetings
o Maintenance consultations
• 300 People Consultants are responsible for on-site consulting and ad-hoc telephonic support. At our smaller branches the consultant will also be responsible for some classroom training. Each consultant’s schedule is planned and varies between these duties.
• On-site consulting the consultant will go to the client’s premises. Different types of consultations can be done as mentioned above.
• Telephonic support (TS) – Each call will be logged to enable VIP to provide a professional service. VIP Clients can phone our support centre with any problem relating their Payroll / HR and Sage Software.
• Client Contact is expected from all consultants to be done monthly to ensure excellent NPS scores.
• Legislation, it is expected that all consultants ensure that they have a working knowledge of Payroll and Tax legislation.
